It is hard to top our 10 Year Anniversary last November, but we have some fun releases in store you do not want to miss! The Side Project Cellar opened its doors on November 11th, 2014, and we could not be prouder of how loved this space has become by our customers and staff over the years.

Help us celebrate 11 Years of The Side Project Cellar with 6 days full of fun and beers, with a big party on Saturday, November 8th.

We are excited to announce the debut of 5 new Double Vanilla Barrel-Aged Imperial Stouts brewed special for Anniversary Week! We began with the same base beer for each of these releases before adding a double addition of a vanilla variety to celebrate their unique flavor profiles!

For the base beer, we aged our Vibes Recipe in Willett 4-year bourbon barrels for 20 months before adding a "double" amount of vanilla, an initial amount in the barrel for a small aging, and then the remaining in the bottling tank for a fresh expression to give us the deepest vanilla experience possible. Vanilla varieties include, Congo, Hawaii, India, Indonesian and a Grand Cru blend for this year’s releases!
